

Guljit Khurana joined Centrifuge as CEO in October 2006. Mr. Khurana is a recognized industry leader with 20 years of experience in enterprise software companies. Mr. Khurana has successfully driven business and product strategy with early stage, fast growth companies, where he has helped create over $1 billion in market valuation. Mr. Khurana has been a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.
Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Khurana was Vice President of Product Development at webMethods. He arrived there after the acquisition of The Mind Electric, a pioneer in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), where he served as Vice President of Products. Previously, Mr. Khurana led the worldwide sales engineering team at Avantgo (now Sybase). During his tenure, the sales team grew revenue from $100K to over $25M in three years. Mr. Khurana has also held leadership positions at Talarian Corporation (now Tibco), Segue Software (now Borland), and National Computer Systems. Mr. Khurana has a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
Mr. Henderson has over 35 years of experience in software development specializing in artificial intelligence, complex information representation and visualization. Mr. Henderson has played a key role in the design and development of several large scale systems critical to federal law enforcement, national security and the judiciary. Mr. Henderson's career has included extensive experience in the Intelligence Community, and he is a highly respected authority on topics of information analysis. Complementing his technology background, Mr. Henderson has a JD from Georgetown University Law School.
Brian G. Daum joined the Company as CFO in November 2007. Mr. Daum has 20 years of experience with fast growth companies, including over 10 years in executive management at venture capital-backed software companies. From 2000 through 2006, Mr. Daum was COO and CFO of Arc Second, Inc. (now Metris, Inc.), creator of IndoorGPS 3d metrology systems. During 1999 and 2000, he was CFO of Sandbox.com, Inc., which grew to be the Internet's 3rd largest sports site during his tenure.
From 1996 through 1999, Mr. Daum was Chief Financial Officer of Multimedia Medical Systems, Inc., a leading telemedicine and radiation therapy software company that was sold to Varian Medical Systems. From 1992 through 1995, Mr. Daum was Corporate Controller of Atlantic Coast Airlines, a publicly traded United Airlines affiliate, where he participated in the company's IPO. From 1988 through 1992, Mr. Daum was an auditor in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services Group where he served emerging technology businesses. Mr. Daum received a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mitch Shue joined Centrifuge as Vice President of Engineering in November 2007. Mr. Shue has led technology efforts at four early-stage technology companies, three of which became publicly traded companies during his tenure. Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Shue served as VP of Engineering at Freewebs. Mr. Shue also served as Vice President of Product Development at webMethods, where he managed the Advanced Technology Group. He joined webMethods as one of its very first developers.
Previously, he was responsible for developing network management, transaction processing, and fraud control solutions at Transaction Network Services, Inc., a global communications company specializing in transaction-oriented data services. Mr. Shue holds a B.S. in Computing and Information Sciences from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and will complete his M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in 2008.
Neil Herron joined Centrifuge in December 2007 as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Herron has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management for more than 20 years. A strong sales leader with a proven track record of results, he joins Centrifuge Systems from Salesforce.com where he served as Vice President of Public Sector Sales since August 2005. Mr. Herron is the former Director for Oracle's National Intelligence Business Unit, where he was responsible for all Oracle sales activity into the Intelligence Community. Prior to managing the National Intelligence organization, he managed the Federal CRM Sales organization at Oracle and grew revenues over 800% within two years.
Earlier in his career, Neil worked at Netscape Communications as an account executive where he was actively involved in Netscape's transition from browser to enterprise software sales. Neil received a bachelor's degree from Merrimack College and a Masters of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
Tony Agresta joined Centrifuge as Vice President of Marketing in June 2008. Mr. Agresta has 25 years of experience in the analytics, business intelligence, and database marketing segments for early stage, mid size and large enterprise software companies.
Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Agresta was VP of Product Marketing and VP of Sales Engineering at SPSS. Mr. Agresta also served as Senior Director of Product Marketing for Siebel Systems where he arrived after a successful sale of Paragren Technologies to Siebel. At Paragren, Mr. Agresta was VP of Product Management. Mr. Agresta managed the Database Marketing product line for Group 1 Software (a Pitney Bowes company) prior to that. Mr. Agresta has a BS in Foreign Service and a Master of Arts in Demography from Georgetown University.
