Guljit Khurana - President and Chief Executive Officer

Guljit Khurana joined Centrifuge as CEO in October 2006. Mr. Khurana is a recognized industry leader with 20 years of experience in enterprise software companies. Mr. Khurana has successfully driven business and product strategy with early stage, fast growth companies, where he has helped create over $1 billion in market valuation. Mr. Khurana has been a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.

Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Khurana was Vice President of Product Development at webMethods. He arrived there after the acquisition of The Mind Electric, a pioneer in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), where he served as Vice President of Products. Previously, Mr. Khurana led the worldwide sales engineering team at Avantgo (now Sybase). During his tenure, the sales team grew revenue from $100K to over $25M in three years. Mr. Khurana has also held leadership positions at Talarian Corporation (now Tibco), Segue Software (now Borland), and National Computer Systems. Mr. Khurana has a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.

Casey Henderson - Chief Technology Officer and Founder

Mr. Henderson has over 35 years of experience in software development specializing in artificial intelligence, complex information representation and visualization. He is the founder of Centrifuge. Mr. Henderson has played a key role in the design and development of several large scale systems critical to federal law enforcement, national security and the judiciary. Mr. Henderson's career has included extensive experience in the Intelligence Community, and he is a highly respected authority on topics of information analysis. Complementing his technology background, Mr. Henderson has a JD from Georgetown University Law School.

Brian G. Daum - Chief Financial Officer

Brian G. Daum joined Centrifuge as CFO in November 2007. Mr. Daum has 20 years of experience with fast growth companies, including over 10 years in executive management at venture capital-backed software companies. Most recently, Mr. Daum was COO and CFO of Arc Second, Inc. (now Nikon), which developed laser-based 3d positioning products. Prior to Arc Second, he served as CFO of Sandbox.com, Inc., which grew to be the Internet's 3rd largest sports site during his tenure.

Brian was Chief Financial Officer of Multimedia Medical Systems, Inc., a leading telemedicine and radiation therapy software company that was sold to Varian Medical Systems. He was also Corporate Controller of Atlantic Coast Airlines, a publicly traded United Airlines affiliate, where he participated in the company's IPO. Mr. Daum began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services Group where he served emerging technology businesses. He holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mitch Shue - Vice President of Engineering

Mitch Shue joined Centrifuge as Vice President of Engineering in November 2007. Mitch has led technology efforts at four early-stage technology companies, three of which became publicly traded companies during his tenure. Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mitch served as VP of Engineering at Webs (formerly Freewebs), a leading social publishing platform. He also served as VP of Product Development at webMethods, where he led the Advanced Technology Group. Mitch joined webMethods as was one of its very first developers.

Previously, he was responsible for developing network management, transaction processing, and fraud control solutions at Transaction Network Services, Inc., a global communications company specializing in transaction-oriented data services. Mitch holds a B.S. in Computing and Information Sciences from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and an M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.

Tony Agresta - Vice President of Marketing

Tony Agresta joined Centrifuge as Vice President of Marketing in June 2008. Mr. Agresta has 25 years of experience in the analytics, business intelligence, and database marketing segments for early stage, mid size and large enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Agresta was World Wide VP of Product Marketing and Sales Engineering at SPSS where he successfully built teams committed so sales and marketing excellence. Tony served as Chief Operating Officer for Absolute ROI and DataX, LTD, two Selling Source companies focused on internet list management and real time identity verification services. He was a Senior Director of Product Marketing for Siebel Systems where he arrived after a successful sale of Paragren Technologies to Siebel. At Paragren, Mr. Agresta was VP of Product Management and Technical Services.

Earlier in his career Tony was Director of Database Marketing Products for Group 1 Software (now part of Pitney Bowes) where revenue grew ten-fold under his direction. Mr. Agresta has a BS in Foreign Service and a Master of Arts in Demography from Georgetown University.

Vince Barrett - Vice President of Business Development

Vince Barrett joined Centrifuge in the summer of 2009 and is responsible for developing the company’s partner ecosystem, with a focus on commercial market segments. Mr. Barrett has more than 15 years of business development, field and product marketing, product management, operations and inside sales management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Barrett was at QlikTech, where he held roles of VP of Alliances and Executive Director of Marketing. Before QlikTech, Mr. Barrett served in various leadership positions at SAP, Mediaguide and Siebel Systems. Mr. Barrett also oversaw the development of mission-critical systems for the B-1 and B-2 aircraft as a US Air Force officer. Mr. Barrett earned a BS in Economics from the US Air Force Academy, a Master’s in Public Management from University of Maryland, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chris Walton - Vice President of Intel Operations

Chris Walton joined Centrifuge in October of 2006 and is VP of Intelligence Operations. He has been with Centrifuge for 3 years in the capacity of Director of Professional Services and has been instrumental in ensuring successful deployments of Centrifuge at some of the largest US government agencies. Mr. Walton now manages all operations associated with Intelligence markets for state, local and federal governments in the US. Prior to joining Centrifuge, Mr. Walton was a Senior Account Manager at ESRI specializing in enterprise geographic information systems. He began his career as Naval Officer and Navy Pilot flying the P-3C Orion maritime patrol aircraft on surface surveillance, counter narcotics, and antisubmarine missions in support of US interests overseas. Mr. Walton holds a BS in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
